    My EAD expired in June 2007? I want to get EAD now. Bymistake I discarded my expired ead which is needed for renewal? Should I apply for its renewal or a new one?

    Hi,

    I am in US in L1 Blanket visa and is expiring on November 26th 2009.
    I am planning to go back to India for renewal.
    Suggest me the best option is to extend the status in US or to travel back to India for visa renewal.

    Did everybody who filed Jul 2nd at NSC got their reciepts?
    seems like TSC is done entering Jul 2nd application as Jul 3rd-5th are getting their reciepts. It makes me wonder as to how the reciepts are issued if Jul 2nd filers are waiting and farther dates got their reciepts. Is it only issuing delay ?

    Hi,

    The doctor I went for Medical exam, he is not placing the 693 and supplement to 693 in the sealed cover. He is using his own form that I filled when I first went there and placing that form in the sealed cover.

    Please suggest will INS accept any form other then 693?

    I want to make sure what are the forms that need to be in sealed cover before I argue with the doctor.

    I appreciate for your inputs.
